Natalie Gardner, Hannah Keesey, Noah Sharrott, Osama Alqwirey, and Jake Cometto have been hard at work designing a solar system for an off-grid guest house in Philomath, Oregon. Due to delays in the permitting and construction process, the group switched to a smaller version geared towards an educational demonstration for children. This is similar to a guest house because it includes the same general components, such as solar panels, battery storage, inverter, charge controller and various loads. Visit their project at IdeaFest in Klamath on Friday, May 20!
