“I chose OIT for their Medical Laboratory Science Professional Program. I learned about the career of MLS during my sophomore year of college at Oregon State University. Since I was already in the process of obtaining my B.S. in Microbiology, I decided to stick to the program. Learning that OIT provides an accelerated program for those with a bachelor’s degree made the school extremely appealing to attend.”

“ I love to dance, it's not any kind of dancing like ballet or ballroom. I dance to regional Mexican music, with different iconic dances like zapateado and huapangos. With this passion I also joined a Baile Folklórico (Mexican folk dance) class earlier this year.”
