Institutional Research

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research at Oregon Tech is to collect, analyze, and report institutional information to support strategic enrollment management and planning functions.

Library Services

The Library offers public computers, individual and group study spaces and a computer lab. Library services are also available at the Portland-Metro campus, which share access to all of the main library’s electronic resources.

Online Learning

The primary mission of Oregon Tech Online is to offer convenient programs for degree completion and graduate education.

Oregon Renewable Energy Center

Oregon Renewable Energy Center (OREC) promotes renewable energy use in Oregon and the Northwest through education, technical assistance and applied research.

Seattle Campus

Geared for and with Boeing employees in mind, Oregon Tech Seattle offers a selection of programs for Boeing employees in the Puget Sound Area.

Business Affairs

The Business Affairs Office is responsible for: Accounting and Financial Reporting; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable (including Student Accounts and Cashier); Grants and Contracts - Post Award Administration; Payroll; Purchasing, Property Control and Vendor Relations; and Travel Reimbursement.

Facilities Management and Planning Services

Resource for floor plans, maintenance requests, key requests, incident request forms, and shipping/receiving information.

Human Resources

Procurement, Contracts and Risk Management

Purchasing and Contract Services (PACS) assists departments in obtaining maximum value for university expenditures, including expenditures on goods, services, and construction.

Resilience, Emergency Management and Safety (REMS) ›

Resilience, Emergency Management and Safety (REMS) provides strategic leadership over the university’s business continuity, campus safety, emergency management, environmental health and safety and parking portfolio. The department collaborates with key stakeholders to build organizational and individual resilience to adverse events, business disruptions, emergencies, hazardous environmental conditions, public safety incidents and safety risks.

Athletics

Home of Oregon Tech's Hustlin' Owls men's and women's sports and intramural teams, Tech Fitness Center and Summer Camps.

Campus Safety

Campus Safety administers the university's security and parking programs. The department promotes security on the Oregon Tech campus through emergency and non-emergency response services, problem solving, and enforcement of appropriate laws, rules and regulations.

Career Services 

Career Services promotes the university-wide culture of career readiness through career advising, on-campus employment, and events to empower students and alumni to reach their unique career goals.

Center for Academic Resources and Engagement Services

The Center for Academic Resources and Engagement Services (CARES) is a multi-purpose department designed to enrich learning, teaching, and student success at Oregon Tech. The CARES consists of Testing, Peer Consulting, TOP, Access & Campus Equity Services, and Career Services.

College Union

The College Union is the center of student activity on campus. Located within the Union are the student government offices, Campus Arts and Entertainment, the Diversity Center, Student Affairs staff, Campus Dining operations, The Edge newspaper, The Tech Nest bookstore, the campus mail center, and the Outdoor Program.

Housing and Residence Life

Housing and Residence Life strives to build an on-campus community that promotes academic success and fosters personal growth.

Integrated Student Health Center

The Integrated Student Health Center, located at the main campus in Klamath Falls, provides general medical care for illnesses and accidents, medical referral, counseling and wellness programs.

Military-Affiliated/ Veteran Student Services

This team provides support and programming for military-affiliated students and veteran students. Support is available for guidance and processing of Veteran Affairs benefits.

Portland-Metro Student Services

The Portland-Metro campus has staff who provide programs and services to students need to achieve academic, personal and professional goals. Some services are shared university-wide. Also, this is unrelated to the request above, but Title IX might need to be added a single item like Government Relations.

Student Involvement & Belonging

The Student Involvement & Belonging office is committed to helping students develop skills in critical thinking, communication, teamwork, citizenship, community service, diversity awareness and lifelong, independent learning developed in out-of-class learning experiences.


University Advancement

Alumni Association

The Alumni Relations office promotes interactions and loyalty of alumni and currently enrolled students toward Oregon Tech. Services and activities include regional social events, student activities, reunions and continuing education programs.

Foundation

The Oregon Tech Foundation was established to support the educational, cultural, charitable, and service activities of Oregon Tech through philanthropic support. Established as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, the Foundation is a separate legal entity from the University and is the designated charitable arm of the University.

Marketing/Communications/Public Affairs

The Marketing and Communication office is responsible for developing and implementing integrated outreach strategies designed to advance the university’s reputational capital and standing among a variety of constituents and audiences.

University Development

The University Development Department is charged with providing financial support of Oregon Tech’s mission by connecting donors, alumni, and friends with philanthropic opportunities at the university in partnership with the Oregon Tech Foundation. University Development works to build positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the university to enhance and create opportunities that foster a tradition of philanthropic support.
