Fungi - the familiar and unfamiliar Oregon Tech Portland-Metro's BIO211 Fungi lab collected an impressive diversity of fungi last week. Some were collected by Assistant Professor Hugh Jarrard in Tryon Creek and on campus, and some were brought in by students. The biggest ones they found were in the campus parking lot 50 yards from their classroom! After the lab was over, Dr. Jarrard moved all of the specimens to the lobby of the building so that the Oregon Tech community could enjoy them.
