We had so much at the Klamath Falls Family and Alumni Weekend this past November, that we are celebrating at the Portland Metro campus this spring! Current students and their families, along with any and all alumni in the area, are invited to the Portland Metro Family and Alumni Weekend on April 22-23 in Wilsonville. Activities will include hearing from the university president and alumni leaders, campus tours, faculty presentations, an Earth Day activity, a private movie showing, and more on Saturday, April 22nd.

Oregon Tech Portland-Metro is excited to host the 2023 Women in STEM Conference. This free event will take place Friday, April 21 and be held on Oregon Tech’s Portland-Metro campus in Wilsonville, OR (27500 SW Parkway Ave). Students from Oregon’s higher education institutions as well as alumni and professionals in STEM fields are invited. Check in begins at 8:30am, with the day concluding by 4 pm.

Great work from the Oregon Tech Dental Hygiene Clinic at the Klamath County Living Well Health Fair. Dental Hygiene provided free dental screenings to attendees.

Ryan Jones, a junior in Radiologic Science, has been selected to participate in the Student to Leadership Development Program by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, an organization that enhances patient care and safety through education, research, and advocacy. Fewer than 100 students are accepted into the program each year, and only two of the students selected are from Oregon. Originally from Dallas, Jones is on track to graduate in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Radiologic Science.
