Registering for Summer Term is Easy!

  1. Login to Web for Student with your Oregon Tech ID number and PIN (if you are unsure of these please contact the Registrar's Office)
  2. In Web for Student, select "Student Menu"
  3. Click "Student Registration"
  4. Click "Student Schedule Planner"
  5. Click "Student Schedule Planner" again
  6. Select Summer term then click "Save and Continue"
  7. Select the campus(es) then click "Save and Continue"
  8. Click "Add Course"
  9. Look up courses by "Subject" and "Course" (i.e. Subject: Biology; Course: 200)
  10. Click "Add Course" and the course should appear to the right
  11. Once all courses have been added, click "Back"
  12. Click "Generate Schedules"
  13. Hover on the magnifying glass icon for an overview of the schedule
  14. For more detail about the schedule, click "View"
  15. Click "Send to Shopping Cart" and click "OK"
  16. Click "Register"
  17. Enter your advisor PIN (for Summer term the PIN is either summer or nadmit) and click "Submit"
  18. Click "Submit Changes", and you are done!

OR
 

  1. View the Online Schedule of Classes and use the Registration Worksheet (located to the right) to map out your summer schedule
  2. Login to Web for Student with your Oregon Tech ID number and PIN (if you are unsure of these please contact the Registrar's Office)
  3. In Web for Student, select "Student Menu"
  4. Select "Student Registration"
  5. Click "Select Term" and change the term to Summer and click "Submit"
  6. Click "Register, Add or Drop Classes"
  7. Enter your advisor PIN (for Summer term the PIN is either summer or nadmit) and click "Submit"
  8. Enter the CRN's for the classes you wish to register for
  9. Click "Submit Changes", and you are done!
