Oregon Institute of Technology and building owner Washington Capitol Management, Inc. finalized terms regarding the lease with an option to buy the Wilsonville property. A signing ceremony is scheduled for Monday, June 28 at 9:00 a.m. at the former InFocus building in Wilsonville.
Following renovation to meet the university’s needs, classes could begin at the new Wilsonville location as soon as summer 2012, said OIT President Chris Maples.
