Students and faculty from Oregon Tech's Civil Engineering Department traveled to Bend, Oregon to visit Desert Rain, the first home in the region to seek Living Building status. The trip was part of the department's "First Friday" tours in which students and faculty members either travel to interesting projects or bring professionals to campus to speak on the first Friday of the new term.
