Air University Associate Baccalaureate Cooperative (AU-ABC)

 

The AU-ABC is a partnership between Air University and Oregon Tech that offers bachelor degrees to Air Force and Space Force service members.

As a public university founded in 1947 to help WWII veterans transition to civilian life successfully through technical careers, Oregon Tech remains dedicated to supporting active military personnel and veterans of today with an educational pathway that will prepare them for a prosperous future.

OIT’s new AU-ABC Tuition Promise! 

Oregon Tech’s AU-ABC Tuition Promise awards additional funding for current military members using Federal Tuition Assistance in OIT’s Bachelors of Applied Science in Technology & Management, BS Healthcare Management (Radiologic Science), and BS in Operations Management.  Read about eligibility below to determine if you qualify!

Students must meet all the following criteria to qualify: 
  • Be an Active-Duty Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves, or Space Force branch member.
  • Be enrolled in courses within our AU-ABC degree options (online or in-person).
  • Be approved to receive Federal Tuition Assistance from their branch for each course.

BAS in Technology and Management (CAT I)

Technology and Management provides opportunities for graduates to move into supervisory and management positions in public, private, and non-profit organizations, which all have a growing need for technical professionals who can contribute to and lead innovation in processes, strategies, products, and services.

Students in this program engage in subjects of immediate relevance to the workplace, including communication, marketing, organizational behavior, leadership, lean management, accounting, information technology, and project management.

BS in Healthcare Management - Radiologic Science (CAT I)

This program integrates credits granted specifically for the Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registry. This degree completion option provides the opportunity to obtain management information which can be applied directly to the radiologic science field with no requirement for patient contact or clinical practice. The emphasis in the program is directed toward management of a medical imaging facility. 89 credits are awarded for a current ARRT. You'll study management and business subjects in both options which will have immediate relevance in the health care industry.
 

BS in Operations Management (CAT III)

Oregon Tech's online degree program allows students to earn a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management (OM). The program prepares individuals for careers in many fields including production planning, inventory control, industrial engineering, production supervision and quality control. Graduates typically work in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, production control, finance, and quality assurance departments.

Term Lengths:

Oregon Tech's terms are 10 weeks long, followed by finals week. Please see the Academic Calendar for more information.
