Elizabeth Stovall is the Director of Career Services. Elizabeth leads the Career Services Department in delivering career development and readiness for students and connecting with industry.
Elizabeth Stovall has over 20 years of program leadership experience in ed tech, nonprofit, and higher education. Her previous work includes managing global higher education programs at Microsoft, leading technology collaborations for the Chief Information Officers of the member institutions in the Big Ten Academic Alliance and launching new academic programs in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis. Outside of work, Elizabeth is always up for exploring local wineries, live music venues, and scenic locales.

Desiré Brown is the Associate Director of Career Development for the Career Services Department. Desiré works to empower the career paths of students by working with them in one-one advising appointments, engaging classroom presentations, and interactive workshops.
Desiré Brown has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Office Management where she has specialized in talent acquisition, career, workforce and professional development and training. Before coming to Higher Ed, Desiré had worked in the staffing and hospitality industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University- Global Campus. When Desiré isn’t working with and cheering students on, she is spending time outdoors near any body of water she can with her loving husband and her fur babies.

Anna Fowler is an Employer Relations Specialist and Career Advisor for the Career Services Department. Anna builds and maintains strong connections with industry partners, linking job-seeking graduates with potential employers.
Anna has over 20 years of experience in Business Management and Education. Prior to working in Higher Ed, Anna has held various teaching and administrative roles in elementary education, and has background in entrepreneurship, having created her own web development business. She is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Beyond her work at Oregon Tech. Anna enjoys spending time with her family on their ranch, and serving her community as a board member for local public safety agencies.
