The Advising, Evaluation, and Graduation Audit form (AE&GA) is used by Oregon Tech Seattle staff to assist students in determining the classes needed for their degree program, and to track their progress. Students receive a copy of the AE&GA form, with their transfer classes listed when they begin their Oregon Tech career. The program office updates and maintains a copy of students' AE&GA form which are available by students upon request.
When the number of classes remaining can be taken within four terms, students receive a copy of the AE&GA form and a petition to graduate. Students tentatively schedule their remaining classes and return both forms to the program office where all course work is verified.
All classes on the AE&GA form are required classes (unless otherwise noted) and must be taken regardless of the excess number of credits earned and/or transferred in.
The "New Dual" AE&GA form lists classes required for the manufacturing degree program in the left hand column. Required courses for the mechanical program are listed in the middle column. The right hand column list transfer classes (all transfer course information is included), and/or the pre-requisite for the classes listed to the left (in red). Students wishing to obtain a dual degree must complete the classes for both programs; duplicate courses need only be taken once.
Questions regarding the AE&GA form can be addressed to the Oregon Tech Seattle Office.
