Application Process

The application process is open. We are accepting applications for the 2010-2011 class. We encourage you to submit your application early. Interview slots are limited; applications received in full before December 31 will be given top priority for interviews, which are necessary for consideration of admission to the program.

You may submit your application items (e.g., application form, transcripts, recommendation letters) separately; however, your file must be complete before it can be reviewed by the committee.

CLS Application
Note: This application is different from the general OIT application.
Confidential Recommendation Form
Three recommendation forms must be submitted as part of your application. We strongly suggest you ask your recommending professors to write accompanying letters with the form.
