Mar. 11, 2011, KLAMATH FALLS, ORE. – Oregon Institute of Technology will hold its Spring Campus Preview Day on Saturday, April 16, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Klamath Falls, Oregon Campus. The event is an opportunity for prospective students and their families to visit Oregon Tech and discover the unique degree programs offered and experience the campus in person.
Attendees can meet current students and talk with faculty members at the Oregon Tech Community Fair, hear about Oregon Tech’s cutting edge programs, tour the campus with a Tech Ambassador, attend a Q & A session to learn about admissions, financial aid, housing and residence life, and student clubs and activities. Lunch is complementary for the prospective student; family members pay a small fee of $5 per person.
Interested students should register online at www.oit.edu/visit to reserve a space at the Oregon Tech Spring Preview Day. Attendance is free and family members are welcome to attend with their student.
Students may consider staying in the Residence Hall the night before Spring Preview. Parents are also welcome to stay in the residence halls or they can stay nearby if they prefer a hotel. For more information about staying in the Residence Hall, call 541.885.1094 or follow the directions after registering online. Oregon Tech Housing and Residence Life charges $20 per person.
