Telephone Counselors are vital to the smooth functioning of the Telecommunications System.
Counselors are responsible for the following:
- Designing and ordering new telephone services
- Ordering changes in existing services
- Training departmental staff and faculty
- Analyzing user problems and calling in requests for repair services

These forms are helpful in designing the configurations for the digital voice terminals.
After completing the form, print it out and send it to the Telecommunications office for programming into the system.
