Educational Opportunities for Boeing Employees

The OIT-Boeing Program provides Boeing employees with an opportunity to obtain an ABET accredited undergraduate degree in either manufacturing engineering technology or mechanical engineering technology, a graduate degree in manufacturing engineering technology, and a certificate of completion in composites engineering technology. Students interested in multiple fields of study can now earn concurrent degrees in both manufacturing and mechanical engineering with an additional 14 classes.

Geared for and with Boeing Employees in mind

• Classes at Boeing sites in Everett, Renton, and Frederickson
• A flexible transfer policy, minimum residency requirements, and credit for prior learning
• Classes that meet one day a week -- except for Math
• An onsite program office with advising staff available to meet and work with students
• Engineering classes taught by working engineers with industrial experience
• Tuition and textbook assistance provided through The Learning Together Program
• Occasional weekend lab classes at community colleges with OIT instructors
