KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Oregon Tech athletic department announced today that online orders for 2013-14 season basketball tickets may be pre-ordered beginning immediately. Season tickets will be printed and mailed beginning September 23rd. Current seat holders will have until October 11th to claim their seats for this coming season.
Reserved seat pricing begins at $205, while adult general admission season tickets are $115. Veteran’s and active military season packages are $100, while senior rates are $85. General season passes for alumni can be purchased for $100. The pricing breakdown for season ticket holders: reserved seats at $5.69 per game with adult general seating at $3.19 per game.
At the door prices for the upcoming season are $15- Reserved, $10 General Admission, $8 Alumni/Active Duty and veterans with ID, $6 Senior Citizens (56+), $3 non-OIT students (any student, any school, 1st-University with ID).

Between the men and women, Oregon Tech will host 36 games at Danny Miles Court this season – the men 20 and the women 16, which includes tournament play. The Owls will open the men’s 2013-14 campaign at home on Saturday, October, 12th in an exhibition game versus University of Lethbridge-Canada, beginning at 2:00 p.m. This game is a prelude to the Blue & Gold Scholarship Auction held on the Oregon Tech campus beginning at 4:30 p.m. The Tech women highlight their season schedule with an exhibition game at University of Oregon on Monday, November 4th in Eugene and open their home schedule against Simpson University at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November, 12th. The men will follow at 7:30 p.m., also against SU. The Tech men next host Multnomah University on Tuesday, November 19th before both the women and men host the annual Midland Empire Insurance Classic on November 22nd and 23rd. Southern Oregon University, William Jessup University and Cal- Maritime, along with the Owls, make up the women’s side with Southern Oregon University, Westminster University of Utah and William Jessup University competing on the men’s side.
The 2013-14 Cascade Collegiate Conference basketball schedule will be played at the traditional women's-men's doubleheader time slots, with the women tipping off at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s action to follow at 7:30 p.m. Home conference play begins Friday, December 6th versus Warner Pacific College followed by Concordia University on Saturday, December 7th.
The Oregon Tech men completed their 20-straight winning season with Head Coach Danny Miles needing just 13 victories to reach the 1000 career-win mark in his 43rd season with the Hustlin’ Owls. The Oregon Tech women tied a school-record with 23 wins last year, and with four starters returning, look to improve on a 3rd place finish in the CCC standings from a year ago.
