Oregon Tech Signs Star Outside Hitter from California
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Oregon Tech volleyball coach, Jason Corwin, announced recently the signing of standout recruit, Kristin DePaoli, of Redding, Calif. to a letter of intent.

DePaoli, a 6-0 outside hitter at Enterprise High School was named 2013 California DIII Player of the year for the Hornets.  A MaxPreps All-American, DePaoli was named the Northern Section and Redding Record Searchlight's Player of the Year after leading Enterprise to the state quarterfinals. The Hornets finished with a school record 42 wins as DePaoli recorded 756 kills, 86 aces and 356 digs. In 2012 and 2013 DePaoli led the state of California in Kills. She also set the Enterprise high school record for career Kills with 1,742. 

“Kristin brings a level of physicality to our program that we are very excited about.  She is a six rotation outside with all the tools to score points in our conference.”  said Corwin.  “Kristin is also an exceptional student and brings that level of mindfulness to the gym every day.  Kristin is always quick to credit her teammates and coaches for her successes.  She is a proven player who has been prepared well to compete at the next level.  We are very blessed to be adding Kristin to the Oregon Tech Volleyball Family.”

Kristin is the daughter of Gino and Shere DePaoli and plans to major in Medical Imaging at Oregon Tech beginning this fall.
