Oregon Tech - Cross Country

Tech Runners burning up the pavement in anticipation of 2009 season
Last year, the Oregon Tech cross country teams sent one man and one woman to nationals, with many who were just out of reach. As the 2009 season gets closer, both teams are working hard for the goals that have been set both individually and as a team.
The theme for this years motivation was "Summer Decides". In an effort to make all runners as successful as possible this year, two websites have been implemented that contain tools and workouts for the athletes to use as they see fit.
The Tech cross country teams also look forward to all new and incoming talent that will help propel them to the season they seek.
The first meet will be the Lewis and Clark Invitational on September 12th in Estacada, OR at McIver State Park. Everyone who can make it is invited to come, watch, and cheer on our Hustlin Owl runners as they do their thing!
