Applications for Admission and Related Forms

Applicants for undergraduate admission to OIT are encouraged to complete the online form (Apply Now), however a printable Undergraduate Application is still an option. Applicants using paper forms should select the appropriate type:

International students
Part-time, non-degree-seeking students (Non-admit Application)
Previously admitted students who have skipped one or more terms or for applicants of the last two years who never enrolled (Re-enrolling and Update Application)
Graduate program applicants
Students planning to attend both OIT and Portland Community College (OIT/PCC Dual-Admission Application)

Other Forms

Other commonly used forms for OIT students include:

Residency Affadavit to be considered for classification as an Oregon resident for tuition purposes. Submit this form to the OIT's Residency Officer in the Registrar's Office.
OUS Application Fee Deferral Form for qualifying students who wish to defer payment of the OIT application fee

OIT recommends using the online application (Apply Now), but there's always the old-fashioned way--print it out, fill it out and mail it in.
International Student Application
For applicants living outside the United States
Non-Admit Application
For part-time, non-degree-seeking students taking not previously admitted to OIT
Re-enrolling and Update Application
For students previously admitted to OIT who have not been enrolled for one or more terms AND for those who applied previously for full admission within the last two years, but did not enroll

Contact OIT's Chief Residency Officer if in doubt about Oregon residency
OUS Application Fee Deferral Form
For qualifying students experiencing financial hardship, this form requests deferral of the application fee until after enrollment at OIT. Submit the completed form to OIT Admissions with required documentation.
Graduate Application
For application to the Manufacturing Engineering Technology Graduate Program
OIT/PCC Dual-Admission Application
For students planning to attend both OIT and Portland Community College. Dually admitted students need only complete one application for admission form to be admitted to both institutions and to authorize OIT and PCC access to and sharing of information about you, such as transcripts and other student information.
